We Build Your AI Team on
Symphony by Wix.
Symphony gives small businesses a coordinated team of AI agents. We work out which ones your business actually needs, set them up around your real workflows, connect your tools — and stay on until they earn their keep.

Where we Fit
Wix Builds the Platform. We Make It Work for Your Business.
Symphony is genuinely good software. But software still has to be pointed at the right problem, connected to the right tools and given the right guardrails — and that is the part most small businesses do not have time to figure out alone.
The platform
Symphony by Wix
Built by Wix. Subscription paid to Wix.
Maestro, the conductor that coordinates your agents.
Specialist agents across outreach, marketing, research, finance and design.
Custom and third-party agents you can add on.
Approval checkpoints before agents act.
AI credits, plans and daily activity limits.
The team behind it
MAYU Technologies
Wix Legend Partner. Velo-Certified. Engaged separately.
Find the repetitive work that is actually worth automating.
Decide which agents earn their credits — and which do not.
Configure agents in your tone, rules and business logic.
Connect your CRM, calendar, forms and Wix site through Velo and APIs.
Set approval points, then review results and tune after launch.
You can absolutely set Symphony up yourself. Most owners we talk to would simply rather spend that fortnight running their business.

Why owners call us
Small Businesses Don't Have Departments for Everything.
Large companies hire a specialist for every function. In a small business the same owner or small team is marketing, selling, responding, scheduling and following up — sometimes all in the same hour.
The bottleneck is rarely effort. It's the amount of repetitive work competing for your attention.
Agentic AI, explained plainly
AI That Gets Work Done — Not Just AI That Answers.
Before we configure anything, this is the distinction we walk every client through, because it decides what is worth handing over and what is not.
Traditional AI
Ask

Useful when you need ideas, information or content on demand.
Traditional automation
Rule

Useful when the trigger and the next step are already known.
AI agent
Goal
Plan
Act
Report
Useful for defined multi-step work that needs context, coordination and a human sign-off. This is the layer we build in.
The team we configure for you
Six Specialists, One Conversation
You talk to one conductor — Maestro. It routes work to the right specialist. Our job is making sure each one is pointed at something in your business that's actually worth the credits.
Outreach: client communication, lead follow-ups, reminders.
Marketing: campaign drafts, social copy, content calendars.
Scheduling: appointments, booking flows, follow-up sequences.
Research: insights and business intelligence without pulling reports.
Finance: revenue tracking, overdue invoices, payment reconciliation.
Design: brand-consistent visuals and product copy across channels.
Symphony can also run custom agents built around your specific rules, plus external agents from providers you already use. Available skills, integrations and actions vary by plan and configuration — we confirm what applies to your account before quoting.

What you should expect to get
More Capacity for the Work Only You Can Do.
SAVE TIME
Repetitive work gets a system
Recurring tasks stop being rebuilt from scratch every week and start running to a defined process.
RESPOND FASTER
Communication keeps moving
Outreach and follow-ups no longer sit waiting for the one person who can reply.
MARKET CONSISTENTLY
Momentum survives busy weeks
Campaign planning, content and execution keep running when the shop floor gets loud.
FOLLOW UP
Fewer next steps slip
Scheduled and recurring work keeps customer actions from quietly falling through.
HANDLE MORE
Take on volume without hiring
Absorb more routine work before you need a new person for every repetitive task.
STAY IN CONTROL
Judgement stays with people
Decisions, relationships and approvals stay yours. Only repeatable execution gets delegated.
Where we usually start
One Bottleneck First. Then We Expand.
We don't hand over a twelve-agent setup on day one. We pick the workflow that's costing you the most hours, prove it works, then build outward from there.

When customer messages, appointment coordination and marketing all compete for the same person's attention.

The integration work
Agents Are Only as Good as What They're Plugged Into.
An agent with no access to your calendar, CRM or enquiry forms can only give advice. Connecting those systems properly is the part that turns a demo into something your business runs on — and it's the part we've been doing on Wix for years.
CRM & database integration
Custom Velo development
Third-party API connections
Forms & member areas
Wix Studio site connection
Approval & guardrail setup
Symphony doesn't require an existing Wix website. If you do have one, connecting it gives your agents far more context to work with. Exact connectors and capabilities depend on the current product, plan and configuration.
An honest look
Is Symphony Actually the Right Fit?
Different platforms are built around different operating models. Here's how we assess it before recommending anything — including the cases where we'd point you elsewhere.
No platform is universally best. Symphony suits independent and small businesses because it puts one conductor in front of a coordinated team instead of asking you to wire everything yourself. If your priority is deep CRM, enterprise scale or heavy agency automation, HubSpot, Salesforce or HighLevel may serve you better — and we'll tell you that on the call rather than after the invoice.

Why MAYU Technologies
We've Been Building on Wix Since Before It Had Agents.
MAYU Technologies is a Wix Legend Partner and Velo-Certified team. We build conversion-focused Wix Studio sites, custom Velo code, CRM and API integrations — which is exactly the plumbing Symphony agents need in order to do anything useful.
AI setup is not a new discipline for us so much as a new layer on work we already do: understanding a business, connecting its systems and making the result something a non-technical owner can actually run. You can verify our standing on the official Wix Marketplace at any time.
How we work
Five Steps. No Rebuild Required.
Start small. Scale only what proves itself.
01
Discover
We learn the business, the goals, the customers and the tools you already run on.
02
Identify
We find the repetitive, high-friction work that's genuinely suited to an agent.
03
Configure
We set up the agents, connect approved tools and put guardrails in place.
04
Launch
We go live on defined workflows with clear human approval points.
05
Review
We check what's earning its keep, refine the instructions and expand deliberately.

working with mayu
We handle the part between "Symphony exists" and "Symphony is running my business." That means mapping your repetitive work, deciding which agents are worth setting up, configuring them in your tone and rules, connecting your CRM, calendar, forms and site, setting approval points, and reviewing results with you after launch.
Yes. Your Symphony subscription is paid to Wix and covers the platform and its AI credits. MAYU charges separately for the setup and implementation work. We'll be clear about both numbers before anything starts.
Honestly, yes — Symphony is designed to be approachable and you start with a conversation, not a config screen. Owners bring us in when the integrations get non-trivial, when they want it done right the first time, or when they'd simply rather spend those weeks running the business.
It depends entirely on scope, so we won't quote a number here. What we can commit to is starting with one workflow rather than a full rollout, so you see something working early instead of waiting on a big-bang launch.
